Join every other Saturday of each month @10am for Boxing Bootcamp. She spends the hour with high intensity boxing combos to great music, on the bags, and circuit training for strength, cardio, and stamina.

Our X-Core Performance Training is fun, challenging and designed for all fitness levels. Each class introduces a new workout to keep you engaged and constantly improving your fitness skills.


Boot camp fitness classes mix a variety of workouts such as aerobics, speed and agility, and strength training into one. With intervals of intense activity followed by intervals of easier activity, you keep your heart rate up and are never bored with your workout routine. If you’re looking for one-on-one personal training, we offer that as well, but many prefer to include our X-Core group fitness boot camp workouts on alternate days.
