Cardio Kickboxing

This class is a low moderate cardio with high intensity on muscles.  This bodyweight workout is designed to tone and tighten head to toe with light weights and high reps, all set to high energy thumping music.

Get ready for a NEW style of bootcamp!  Burn calories, build muscle, and shred out with mixed 20 min intervals of strength training, core exercises, TRX challenges, kettlebell workout, dumbbell chest workout, and bodyweight workout.

Cardio Kickboxing is set to hard-hitting music. You will move through a combination of upper and lower body movements with jabs, hooks, upper cut’s, round and sidekicks, strike blocks and athletic drills.
