Small Group and Semi-Private Training
If you’re worried about losing the level of attention you get from a one-on-one training session, you shouldn’t. The Semi-Private Training courses consist of small groups—about 2-5 clients max. This means you still get to enjoy having an instructor who is focused on your needs, plus you get the support of a small group of like-minded individuals. You can make lasting friendships, give and receive encouragement, and feel a sense of community as you work toward learning how to get in the best physical condition of your life.
