Training is the fastest way to reach your fitness goals. At SFX Fitness, our
certified personal trainers provide guidance and inspiration with customized
programs based on your goals. Whether you want to lose weight and keep it off,
build lean muscle, or just look and feel better in the clothes you’re in, your
Personal Trainer will take the guesswork out of how to get there.

We offer four different areas of personal training:

Elite Personal Training

Elite personal training is for the client that wants that one on one training
experience. This is traditional personal training with each session dedicated
solely to your fitness needs. The only time you will ever have another client
train at the same time as you is if you invite a friend to your session. You
will have a reserved time slot that is held for you even if you have to travel.


  • One on one personal training and attention to detail and form.
  • Workouts tailored to your exact needs.
  • Reserved timed slot.
  • Personal accountability with your trainer.

High Octane Personal Training

High Octane training is a combination of personal training and group training.
You will book your sessions with your trainer based on your openings. When you
train you could be by yourself or you could be with up to three other clients.
You get all the benefits of working out with other people with the expertise of
a Personal Trainer. The workouts will be set for the group, but tailored for
each individual based on training levels.


  • Semi-Private, Small group (3-4)
  • Scheduled, standing appointments
  • Group motivation, accountability & camarderie
  • Lower cost per session

Next Level Youth Training

Next Level youth training program is a general fitness program design for youth
between the ages of 8 and 13. The program and classes will run throughout the
school year (after school) and summer with different classes offered throughout
the year. Classes will include, but not limited to Yoga, Super Hero Circuit,
Kids Strength & Conditioning, Girl Power (program offered for girls 12-18).

X-Core Group Training

Whether you are a just starting your fitness journey or an athlete looking to cross train X-Core has a class that fits you. Our classes offer an array of training principles and intensities that will help you get the goals you are looking for. Check out the variety of schedules and options that we offer to find out which of our inspiring and empowering classes best fits your needs
