I started working with Kara the first of November, 2017. She has me doing more cardio and limiting calories to 1200 per day. Beside losing some weight and inches, there have been some major health benefits. Saw my cardiologist in December and he was pleased with my overall health. The biggie was my pulmonary function test today - much improved and the Asthma doctor was extremely pleased!
