This energetic mixed level flow-style class (also known as Power Yoga) is for beginning and continuing students. Expect a serious workout with a challenging mix of poses!
Core Sculpt- Sculpt your body using a combination of weights, resistance balls, and bands in this fun, yet intense class! Feel free to bring your own equipment to suit your style.

Body Challenge- Challenge yourself in this hour-long class as you push your to its limits. Watch and keep track of your progress with monthly testing performed on the first Thursday of each month. Hard work=results!
TRX-This system of straps, buckles and grips leverage your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability all at the same time!!
