Underground Class Schedule 

Kickboxing- Are you ready to KICK this party into gear?  Underground Kickboxing is the perfect class for you!  Combining martial arts, boxing-style punches, and heaping doses of FUN-K, you'll definitely take your cardiovascular training up a notch!  You'll punch, kick, move, and sweat your way to a great total body workout!
     I - Basic Class for beginners!  Learn how to punch & kick with proper form!
    II - Take the basics to the next level!  Move from punches to kicks in a non-stop cardio class!
 
Fight Club-Ever want to hit something? Welcome to Fight Club!! This is a high intensity boxing/drill workout incorporating punches and kicks to a freestanding bag.  Grab your wraps and gloves and get ready to THROW DOWN!
     I - Basic class for beginners!  Learn how to hit & kick the bag with proper form!  Lots of instuctor one-on-one!
    II - Advanced class for those who want a more intense workout!
 
Yoga- Get ready to breathe!! This Vinyasa Yoga class will take you through a series of "breath-synchronized movements" focusing on building strength, endurance, and mental focus.  This energetic mixed level flow-style class (also known as Power Yoga) is for beginning and continuing students.  Expect a serious workout with a challenging mix of poses!
 
Core Sculpt- Sculpt your body using a combination of weights, resistance balls, and bands  in this fun, yet intense class! Feel free to bring your own equipment to suit your style.
 
Kickboxing Circuit- Ready to take your fitness to the next level?  In this power-packed class, complex choreography is replaced with skills, kickbox drills, circuits, and intervals.
 
Butts & Guts- Your body's energy and support are formed within the abdominals and lower back muscles.  This class will firm and create definition in your abdominals, tighten and shape your glutes, and increase physical capacity! 
 
Muscle Mania- This one hour strength endurance training class will work all of your major muscle groups.  Get the kind of legs shorts want to wear!
 
Spin- A heart pounding, aerobically challenging, calorie burning, intense workout driven by music that moves you!!!
 
Kids Karate (Kyokushin Karate)- A fun and vigorous approach, teaching mental and physical strength through the discipline of martial arts to children.
     Teaches:  Confidence, Patience, Mental Power, Physical Strength, Flexibility, 
                    and Pride
As a student grows through Kyokushin Karate he/she gains these benefits to help him or her persevere through all challenges in life.

Do you want all the benefits of a group class, but without the big group?  SFX Personal Underground is the answer.  You can schedule one on one sessions with any of our group instructors and have an hour of group exercise to yourself.  Sessions start at $55.00 / class
