Paul has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, training both adult fitness clientele and youth sports performance clients. He began his career in fitness working in a cardiac rehab center, training individuals who were recovering from cardiac surgery, high/low blood pressure, diabetes and other illnesses.
His philosophy revolves around strength training as the core of a well designed fitness program. “Strength training I believe, extends your life expectancy, gives you a better quality of life in older age, and can provide you with all of the benefits of cardio training.”
Paul’s specialty is athletic performance training for all sports, with an emphasis on Speed, Agility, Power and Quickness training and Olympic lifting. In order to perform at the highest levels of sports, young athletes must learn the Snatch and the Clean lifts to train to become as powerful as possible. Additionally, understanding your unique nutritional needs will aid you in life as well as help you perform to your peak capability.
