Jenny's love for fitness began 10 years ago when she picked up a tennis racket. Starting with USTA as a 2.5 player, today she plays at a 4.5 level. In 2006, after the birth of her first child, she realized tennis was not enough and began strength training with Steve Alford. Tennis is a great cardio workout but her passion was strength and interval training. In February 2011, Jenny decided to take that passion to the Group Fitness arena and was certified by AFAA. Today Jenny enjoys teaching spin, sculpt and RIPPED classes at SFX. As stay at home mom, with two young children, life is busy but you can always find her on Tuesdays teaching Butts and Guts. And of course continuing to train with Steve Alford at SFX.
