Monique (Moe) Adams has been teaching kickboxing since 1997. She also is the founder and creator of UnderGround Kickboxing.
Her passion for fitness is best represented by the deep connection cultivated in just one hour between herself and her loyal clientele. It is said that one of Moe’s classes provides energy enough to last through out the week!
Moe is the mother of 2 teenage sons, who are her pride and joy!
