Next Level After School Program is a complete fitness program design for youth between the ages of 10 and 17.  The program consists of three 3-month sessions during the school year and a summer session.  Students are grouped into two age-oriented classes; Ages 10 – 13 and Ages 14 - 17.  The classes will provide multiple avenues for our youth to build strong bodies, strong minds and increase self-confidence.  Each day, our youth will participate in group led activities including, but not limited to:

  • Strength Training Basics
  • Club Vibe – Dance
  • Super Hero Circuit (HIIT)
  • Yoga
  • RIIPED 4 Kids
