PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

• Indoor / outdoor high intensity circuit style training class held at SFX or at an outdoor location given in advance
• Classes consist of a combination of weight training, cardio training and sports performance skills
• The program is designed for you to challenge YOUR own intensity and training level
• Each camp is 1 month in length and runs continuosly throughout the year 
• Your camp begins when you sign up and participation is unlimited for the month
• We recommend that you attend 3 classes per week to get optimal benefits
• Camp registration and payment must be completed PRIOR to your first class
• You can choose between 10 class times to complete your sessions
• Missed sessions cannot be made up in other weeks and are non-refundable
• Class attendance notification is requested at least the day before the class so we can better prepare
• An email address for notifications will be sent to you once you complete your registration.
• Individual classes start at $20.00 / class
