What is High Octane Small Group Training?

High Octane training is a combination of personal training and group training.  You will book your sessions with your trainer based on your openings.  When you train you could be by yourself or you could be with up to three other clients.  But you get all the benefits of working out with other people.  The workouts will be set for the group, but tailored for each individual based on training levels.
