At any given moment, you are using ATP from all three energy systems, ATP-CP (Phosphagen), Glycolosis- (Glycogen) and the Oxidative- Fat Burning. But, the degree to which we use one of these energy systems to a greater extend depends up two things: the INTENSITY of exercise, and the DURATION of exercise.
So, the key is to find out where your body burns the most amount of fat.
