What to Bring
- Running shoes, exercise mat (or large towel), water bottle, and a hand towel
- Recommended: light weights (for classes outside SFX only)
- Women – 5lbs – 10lbs
- Men – 10lbs – 15lbs
- Appropriate clothes for the class location
